Dr. Sobeh is a UK trained Vascular Surgeon with more than 35 years of experience as a Consultant in General, Vascular & Transplant Surgery, and is accredited by the Specialist Training Authority (STA) in General Surgery with sub-specialist interest in Vascular Surgery. He has vast international experience in the treatment of acute and chronic venous disease including treatments of varicose veins using Venaseal (glue) closure, laser, radiofrequency and sclerotherapy.

Dr Sobeh has worked in the UK as a consultant general, vascular and renal transplant surgeon between 1998 - 2007 at The Royal London and St. Bartholomew Hospital, and is the founder of:

  • Contribution to major Vascular and Endovascular trials including endovascular aneurysm repairs (EVAR I & II) and the Astral trial for treatment of renal artery stenosis

  • Treatment of Varicose Veins with Endovenous Laser Therapy, Radiofrequency Ablation, Venaseal, Sclerotherapy and conventional surgery

  • Use of Venaseal adhesive for the treatment of Varicose Veins

  • Application of the latest techniques and innovations in acute and chronic venous, arterial and lymphatic conditions
